1. Acceptance
By using KukiBot ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
KukiBot provides a cookie consent banner widget, WordPress plugin, cookie scanner, and WCAG accessibility checker. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or share your account credentials.
4. Free plan
The free plan is limited to 1 domain. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Compliance disclaimer
KukiBot is a technical tool to help implement cookie consent. It is not legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service meets applicable legal requirements (GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, etc.). We recommend consulting a qualified lawyer for legal compliance questions.
7. Data processing
You are the data controller for consent records collected from your site visitors. KukiBot acts as a data processor. By using the Service, you agree to our Data Processing Agreement (available on request at info@kukibot.com).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KukiBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.
